Next Generation Gas Detection & Monitoring

KANARY gas sensor devices and integrated alert system technologies are revolutionizing how to keep people safe every day, even in the most sensitive situations.

First Responders

HazMat Specialists

Industrial Workers

KANARY is the first multi-gas detection sensor integrated with a reporting and alert system designed to:

  • Provide first responder teams with life-saving data in real-time
  • Enable cross-team collaboration before and after a rapid response event
  • Track, store, and integrate data sets to assist with forensic investigations

Introducing multi-gas detection and integrated alert systems technology with corresponding data analysis and reporting for the people who need it most. When accidents happen, KANARY gets you home safely.

Thermodynamic Gas Detection

There is no other sensor technology that can accurately tell the LEL of a gas mixture without knowing what the gas mixture is composed of—i.e., the individual concentrations or species.

Long-Range Sensor Communication

Our sensor devices (which can be fixed or mobile) transmit data to gateways via reliable long-range radio transmissions via Cloud technology.

Secure, Cloud-Based Systems

All sensor data is connected to a central cloud-based reporting system, providing users with advanced analytics, custom portals, and system integrations.

Intuitive, Easy-to-Use Dashboards

All processed data from our sensors links to our dashboard system that displays all sensor data and equipment locations on a geographic map.

KANARY is committed to driving technology that promotes public safety—always.

Stay Informed

How the KANARY System Works

Our gas sensor devices are available in handheld, ‘leave-behind’ and ‘stand-alone’ models for use by first responders and industrial workers in the event of an emergency.

While deployed, our sensors detect and report on the industries largest range of combustible and explosive gases and vapors LEL concentration, with absolutely no correction factors, calibration, or bump-testing needed as well as environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, pressure, as well as showing the chemical species of the hydrocarbon being detected.

GPS coordinates and all gas data are transmitted in real-time via long-range LoRa radio to accompanying gateways for cloud-based monitoring.

These gateways feed data into an intuitive, interactive dashboard allowing users to access critical information to make informed decisions.
